Abide Interiors is proud to supply our quality furniture to customers living all over Australia. We use a number of reputable carriers depending on the customer’s location which can offer the best service, care and price for our customers. All items are currently shipped from our warehouse in Kunda Park, QLD. We also offer a free in store pickup for South –east-Queensland customers.
Shipping costs are calculated on based on your location, weight and dimensions of the items at checkout. You can get an estimate based on your postcode on each product page. Delivery charges with all national carriers increase dramatically to areas deemed as ‘regional’. If you live a regional area and want to see if you can lower the delivery charge, we can quote for delivery to a friend or relative living in the nearest metropolitan area.
We suggest that you choose a delivery address where someone is present to accept your delivery during business hours. If no one can be home to accept delivery of the goods, you can provide us with an ATL (Authority To Leave) in the comments section. Please specify where you would like the driver to leave the goods. Please provide a physical address for delivery, as we are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes. For some of our items It is possible to track your order using the courier company’s online tracking system, however, for some larger bulkier items the carriers do not offer an online tracking system.

If an order was dispatched using a national freight company such as TNT, you will receive an email with a consignment number which can be tracked online.
You are responsible for ensuring there is adequate access and entry to the site to allow the delivery of the products.
Upon payment of the freight charges, customers goods are insured under our freight insurance policy for any damages which may occur during transit. If your item(s) appear to arrive damaged please do as follows;
- If the packaging is damaged please take several clear photos.
- If an item is damaged once packaging is removed, please take several clear photos of the damage(s) to item.
- Submit the photos to sales@abideinteriors.com.au WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving the items.
If Abide Interiors do not receive the photos of any damage(s) caused during transit within 24hrs of receiving delivery, no insurance claim can be made and we cannot reimburse or replace any damaged goods.
If Abide Interiors is unable to source or deliver the Goods as ordered by you, Abide Interiors may cancel your order and provide you with a refund.
Please note: If you organise your own courier to pick up an item from Abide Interiors to get delivered to yourself or your customer, Abide Interiors take no liability or responsibility for these goods in transit. Eg. When your courier picks up the item and scans it in, Abide take no responsibility of the goods from this point moving forward as the item is out of our possession and control. We highly recommend you take out freight insurance to ensure that your goods can be replaced or repaired if the courier/delivery company damage or lose your items.

PICK UP AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
Pick Up: Customers may pick up their ordered furniture goods from Abide Interiors at 25 Kerryl Street, Kunda Park, 4556, Queensland unless otherwise directed or arranged. 24 hours’ notice is required for all pickups from Abide Interiors. Goods will only be released once payment in full has been received into Abide Interiors bank account. Abide Interiors cannot assist in or be held responsible for damages relating to freight bookings that are independently arranged.
Delivery of goods: Delivery of goods are subject to availability. Please check with our office on availability and product lead-times. Abide Interiors will determine the appropriate shipping method and carrier for your goods. Delivery of goods (Freight) is an additional charge to be added to invoices for payment or added to your online order at checkout. Abide Interiors will endeavour to find the best freight price and most appropriate carrier for the appropriate transport required for each order. Due to the nature of freight deliveries, we encourage you to request at the time of ordering “Authority to Leave – ATL” on your booking. If “Authority to Leave” is not provided, there may be additional redelivery charges for failed (futile) deliveries. This charge is a minimum of $60.
Abide Interiors cannot assist in or be held responsible for damages relating to freight bookings that are independently arranged.
Please note that while we strive to process and ship all orders promptly, we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather conditions, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, or other unforeseen events that may disrupt our shipping carriers or affect delivery timelines.

DAMAGED GOODS
All products should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If any items are received with damages, notify Abide Interiors immediately for us to assist in resolving the situation by completing this form https://abideinteriors.com.au/return-damaged-stock-reply-form/. We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, which may include making insurance claims, offering to arrange repairs and in some circumstances replacements. Clear photographs and videos of the product and carton damages must support all damages that are reported. Any broken parts MUST be kept and may be asked to be returned together with original cartons. Damaged stock returned with missing parts or cartons will not be actioned until all parts and cartons have been returned.
